Telecommunications Client Management and Support

Supported clients by managing and supporting their customers' bills and accounts, along with providing IT support for their employees. Monitored and supported batch applications using COBOL, and made minor enhancements to the application. All of this was done with precision and care to ensure smooth operations for our clients.
